Job description
A national healthcare services organization is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support a multi-state employee population and act as a trusted advisor to the leaders they serve. You will sit at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day execution, coaching managers, resolving employee relations matters, and helping the business grow its teams the right way.
This is a fully remote role supporting employees across several states. You will work closely with the VP of People and a shared services HR team.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned business units and their leaders
- Coach managers on performance, development, org design, and difficult conversations
- Own employee relations investigations from intake through resolution
- Guide the business through the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits
- Partner on workforce planning, compensation reviews, and retention strategy
- Interpret and apply HR policy and employment law across multiple states
- Use people data to spot trends and recommend action to leadership
- Partner with talent acquisition, total rewards, and learning and development on shared initiatives
- Support change management during periods of growth and reorganization
Compensation and benefits
- $130,000 to $160,000 base salary, depending on experience

Location
Fully remote within the United States. Occasional travel to regional sites, roughly once a quarter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
- Strong employee relations background, including conducting investigations
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment law
- Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site workforce
- Comfortable coaching and influencing senior leaders
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Healthcare, multi-site services, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
